Warranty Terms and Conditions

The products must be returned to RALU for inspection. After we determine that it has a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge. At the same time, we will confirm whether the product qualifies to be repaired or replaced under our 2-year warranty.

2-Year Warranty Policy

Under our warranty, we ensure that our lights will not fail under normal use. All of our products come with a 2 year warranty covering any factory defects. This means if your LED lights ever malfunctions or stops working we will replace it. This warranty is voided in the case of accident, misuse, or if improper electrical or mechanical installation causes this damage. We will not be liable for any losses, damage, incidental, consequential or other errors otherwise arising from the installation or use of this product. Warranty is void if the wires are removed or the product is modified in any way. We reserve the right to deny warranty to any customer without explanation. Your warranty may take up to 21 days to process

Warranty and Return Process

  1. Please submit your issue in detail and our customer service team will respond in order received. 
  2. Our customer service will review your submitted claim and make sure all the information and details of your case are complete. Then we will then send you an email. 
  3. Once you receive the email and approve, please follow the instructions in the email and send the product at your expense back to the Ralu LED. 
  4. Once you have shipped your product to Ralu LED, you will receive an email confirmation that your product has arrived at our company. Our customer service will review your case and either repair or replace your item. Please wait patiently because the processing time is 7-10 business days.
